Eugene is an 8 year old chihuahua in great physcial condition. He weighs in at just 5 pounds and most of that is attitude! He has good dog skills and would probably prefer a home with older people. GrandPaws applies to any dog age 7 years or older. The adoption fees are reduced to help offset veterinary costs that occur as dogs age.
