What can we say about Wilbur? He has been with us for quite a long time and has found his way into all of our hearts. Wilbur was one of five dogs that came from an older woman who could no longer afford to feed them.

Since arriving, Wilbur has made friends with lots of dogs, especially Henry, and has discovered the joy of playing with toys. He LOVES squeaky toys and will spend hours entertaining himself with one, sqeaking it and carrying it around.

Wilbur is very shy at first. But once he knows that you are his friend, he becomes the biggest cuddle-bug. Wilbur would make a great dog for someone who is looking for constant conpanion. One of our volunteers said he would be the greatest RV dog, traveling around the country and acting as the co-pilot.

If you just give Wilbur the chance, you will see that he is an amazing little gentleman that is just looking for his permanent place in the world.
