Fanny was part of a local puppy mill breeding program; we don't know why since she isn't a full Sih-tzu- but apparently when it's for money they will just breed anything that is fertile! She is a very people oriented dog, she plays well with other dogs but is very protective of her food- that comes from living in a small dirt floor kennel with other dogs and having to compete for food.
