Josie was a victim of cultural neglect. She belonged to a family that liked her when she was a puppy- and when she grew up they just put her outside and fed her- no human interaction or love. SHe is getting los of TLC now in our foster program. She is very sweet and loving and will do best in a home that is slower paced and calm. Small children may be a bit much for her!
