Really?? A smooth collie in a valley shelter- unclaimed. Devon is possibly purebred. He is a very nice dog- has good basic leash manners and sits when asked. He is really full of energy after his incarceration and loves to play. Devon is fine with other dogs- but becasue of his size he needs to be careful of his over-exuberance with the little ones. This is a great family dog - or a perfect best friend for a single person.
