Herschel spent over 2 months in a valley shelter hoping to charm someone into taking him home... well it worked on one of our volunteers.  He is a great dog- not noisy, knows how to settle down but really enjoys playing and running in the grass. He is athletic enough to go running or jogging, but small enough to travel nicely as well.
