Bingo was living near the canal at the airport, most likely after having been dumped by his owner. He spent several weeks in almost the same spot- crying. A friend of our agency started feeding him and eventually was able to get him to trust her. He is now in our care and is safe.  He is still very frightened, but will lick my hand and give me his belly for rubs. It won't take long for him to understand that he is ok and to start being a happy dog again. He will be a very loyal and loving compnion for the right person ( someone patient!). He has what is known as a 'cracked' left eye- no visual impairment, just an unusual spot of blue in the brown. 

After only a few days Baron is now running around the yard , playing adn coming to me for attention.He is a real comedian!
