Icee was rescued out of a local shelter.  She was born completely deaf and with limited distance vision.  She is full grown and has a quirky personality.  Her impairments do not limit her ability to play and be a fun-loving little girl.  Although she is deaf and vision impaired, Icee is utterly fearless and approaches everything in her life with gusto!

Icee is fluffy and white like an aussie, but is stocky and low to the ground like a bulldog.  She has the personality of a bulldog--loves to grunt and snort at anything she can see--with the intelligence and curiosity of an aussie.  She does not appear to have a mean bone in her body, but rather a stocky build that she likes to throw around when playing.
