Jackaroo's mom was a brindle Basenji and his dad was a JRT. He is 8 years young and has a wonderful personality. He loves to play with other dogs, he's great with people and he is very affectionate. He is more basenji like in his vocalization- he is very quiet other than whining when he is (unjustly in his mind!) crated. Both breeds are generally healthy and long-lived so he should have lots of good years left.

He is extremely smart and will learn how to please you if you just give him consistent direction.
